This past June, seven students from around the Kingman area had the privilege to travel to Europe and play in concerts with the Kansas Ambassadors of Music. The students were gone for sixteen days. They traveled to seven different countries and held five different concerts. They could be part of the band, the choir, the orchestra, or any combination of the three.

The seven students from Kingman who went were Carmen Gott, Christian Maude, Haley Miller, Christianna Ortiz, Melanie Rainosek, Nathan Siemens, and Meredith Voran. The countries they visited were, in order: England, France, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Austria, Italy, and Germany.

Some of the more well-known places that they stopped included London, Dover, Calais, Paris, Venice, Dachau, Rothenburg, and Frankfurt. The two favorite countries that they traveled to were Switzerland and Germany. The students all had a wonderful time, made many new friends, and surely will not forget this experience for a long time.
